Refund policy
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
All custom rings and products, made as requested and approved by you (client/customer), are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
We offer no refunds on custom engraved products and custom made rings. If you believe your rings has a manufacturing defect, please contact us so we may evaluate your item.
If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to the customer.
STOCK PRODUCTS
All stock rings and product purchases are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
