CUSTOM PRODUCTS
All custom rings and products, made as requested and approved by you (client/customer), are final and are notĀ eligibleĀ forĀ refunds or exchanges.
We offer no refunds on custom engraved products and custom made rings.Ā If you believe your ringsĀ has a manufacturing defect, please contact us so we may evaluate your item.
If a manufacturing defect is found,Ā we will repair or replace the item at no charge to the customer.
